On participation in the Special Session of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Series Exhibition: «Prosperity and Magnificence — Civilisation of the Sui and Tang Dynasties in Shaanxi Province»

On July 14, 2026 Acting Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in the Hong Kong SAR Darya Bohdan attended the Special Session of Hong Kong Jockey Club Series Exhibition: «Prosperity and Magnificence — Civilisation of the Sui and Tang Dynasties in Shaanxi Province», organized for representatives of the diplomatic corps and chambers of commerce in Hong Kong.

The event was organized by the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC in the Hong Kong SAR, the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB) and the Hong Kong Museum of History.

Welcoming remarks were delivered by Eric Chan, Chief Secretary for Administration of the Hong Kong SAR Government; Li Yongsheng, Deputy Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC in the Hong Kong SAR; Raistlin Lau, Acting Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Hong Kong SAR Government, and Holden Chow, Vice-Chairman of the DAB and Chairman of the Liaison Committee of the DAB. 

Participants were able to deepen their knowledge of China’s rich history, explore the societal development of the cpuntry during the era of two dynasties and see ancient artifacts.
