About apostile of documents

In order to provide documents issued by the official bodies of the Hong Kong SAR and the Macau SAR, to implement consular functions at the Consulate General or to provide documents in the Republic of Belarus, it is necessary to carry out the procedure of apostilling of foreign documents.

A similar procedure is used to present Belarusian documents in foreign countries.

Apostille of documents in the Hong Kong SAR is carried out through the High Court. Information about the procedure is available on the official website of the body at the link.

Apostille of documents in the Macau SAR is carried out through the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Macau SAR Government. Information on the procedure is available on the official website of the agency at the link. 

Apostille is not placed on identity documents, on docuemtns confirming the legality of stay in the territory of a foreign state.
