KHARLAP Tatyana
Born on May 4, 1979 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.
In 2001 graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University, specializing in global economics and international economic relations, with the qualification of economist.
In 2011 graduated from the faculty of retraining of personnel, the Minsk State Linguistic University, specializing in the English language.
In 2016 graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, specializing in international relations, with the qualification of specialist in international relations.
She began her career in 2002. She worked as a marketer at the UE “Institute Belorgstankinprom” of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus, and as an economist in a private company.
2003-2007 – worked in various positions, from Leading specialist to Head of the Accounting and Reporting Department – Chief accountant, in the Committee on Material Reserves under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
2007-2017 – worked in various positions, from Consultant to Deputy Head of the Main Department and Head of the Department, in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.
2018-2022 – Counselor, Senior Counselor (trade and economic issues) of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the People's Republic of China.
June-December 2020 – Chargé d'Affaires of the Republic of Belarus in the PRC.
On April 8, 2022, was appointed as the Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
Awarded with honorary certificates of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
Speaks English and Spanish.
