Issuance and exchange of passports of citizens of the Republic of Belarus are carried out only in the Republic of Belarus. In the absence of a valid document for return to the Republic of Belarus (expiration, unsuitability for use, theft), it is necessary to issue the Reentry Certificate to the Republic оf Belarus for return.

Consular fees are charged in Hong Kong dollars at the exchange rate to the euro on the day of payment. Payment is made in cash.
